It must be going around

The months of September to May is usually a bad time for threats to our immune system.
Everyone is exposed to someone passing something around.
And being a mom, I usually end up having to take care of everyone no matter what I feel like.

With essential oils, however, I feel like I can do more to support myself and my children.

Here are some of the top essential oil routines I do when the house is down:
