It must be going around

The months of September to May is usually a bad time for threats to our immune system.
Everyone is exposed to someone passing something around.
And being a mom, I usually end up having to take care of everyone no matter what I feel like.

With essential oils, however, I feel like I can do more to support myself and my children.

Here are some of the top essential oil routines I do when the house is down:

Keep the Diffuser Running

I love the fact that I can set up a diffuser and know that my children and I can get health benefits just by doing so.

Essential oils can clear the air, boost the immune system, open up the respiratory tract and so much more.

Here are some of my top essential oil diffuser combinations:

For Respiratory and Immune Support:

3 drops Breathe

3 drops On Guard

For Better Sleep:

3 drops Serenity

3 drops Frankincense

For better mood:

3 drops Wild Orange

3 drops Frankincense

Keep the air clean:

3 drops On Guard

3 drops Lemon

Use Breathe vapor stick onto the chest to open up passageways and for easier breathing.

Did you know that doTERRA has throat drops and lozenges?

They can soothe a tender throat, open up respiratory passages and help boost your immune system.

Deep Blue Rub and Touch Blend

When feeling achy and sore, or when feeling a little too warm, Deep Blue can help cool and relax tense and achy muscles.

On Guard+ Softgels

These Softgels are specifically meant for when you need some extra immune boost, but you can also take these on a daily basis to keep your immune system up and running.

When someone comes down with something, everyone starts taking these to help the immune system work as it should.

How would you like to be able to help your family in more effective and natural ways?
